Frequently asked

Common questions, answered.

Do you charge for estimates?

+

No. Estimates are always free. We come to the property, walk it with you, and give you a real number. No deposit is required.

What areas do you serve?

+

We serve the entire Pikes Peak region — Peyton, Colorado Springs, Monument, Black Forest, Falcon, Woodland Park, Manitou Springs, and surrounding communities.

When is the best time to pave a driveway in Colorado?

+

May through September is the prime paving window on the Front Range. March, April, and October are good for sealcoating and most repair work. We schedule winter work for spring.

How long does a residential driveway take?

+

Most residential driveways take two days: prep and grading on day one, paving and compaction on day two. We clean up before we leave.

How often should I sealcoat?

+

On the Front Range, every 2–3 years is a good rhythm. Sealcoating prevents water penetration and protects the surface from UV oxidation, extending pavement life.
